bad hair day on an important meeting
actually i hv no intention of displaying dis pict.
why?
of all days of having a bad hair day, this was the day!
tension tau....hahaha.
on my left is a friend that i havent seen for 17 years, since our SPM days.
it was a very small gathering, purposely organized juz to see her.
and the day before, i had a friend whom i havent met for 17 years too, staying overnight with my family. believe it or not, who would have thought that after 17 years, we would share the same bed...again.
yup, hud was sandwiched in between.
during the gathering, i realised we can still connect with each other after all these years.
is it the same with everyone else?
i hope so.
time was limited, wish we could chat all night long but nevertheless, it was a nice, memorable meeting for me.

gemok ke...??
oh no, ive juz realised ive put on weight.
ive stopped breastfeeding, thats why.
it wasnt me who decides, it was hud.
so now not to say that i dont feel good coz frankly, i can still fit my 'benchmark' jeans.
u know, ur all-time favourite jeans.
so i started to worry when i was climbing up the stairs yesterday and i was panting after 2 flights of stairs.
funny, that never happened before.
so i asked one expert at the office who lost 15 kgs in 3 months.
cut down rice, 90%.
ok here's the thing.
if i dont eat rice i feel less energetic.
eat oats.
he gave me a sample of the oats he ate.
ish, tasteless la.
run in the swimming pool, dont swim but try to run.
haa, THAT i can do.
so kids, this coming school holiday, swimming everyday!!
(lepas swimming kita makan ice-cream!! yeay!!)
