ok, it's been a while and i dont know where to start.

firstly, everybody should read 'the reluctant politician : tun dr ismail and his time'.
if u think mahathir is great, ismail was even greater.
the thing that i like the most bout the book was when ismail said, 'i will not do for my family what i'm bout to do for the country.'
this is during the 1969 racial riot.
u cant find anyone today who is at par with ismail.
not even close.

i have received an email of certain parties who wanted to globalise the halal sign.
Seriously, i'm not condemning what they r trying to do but i'm not too sure what good will it do coz frankly, Saudi Arabia is not using it.
Are they trying to tell us that what we consumed in Saudi Arabia is not halal?
