being cheated

never ever order anything from www.love.com.my.
they have been giving me headaches for a simple job that should not be considered as a problem in the first place.
i ordered a cake to be delivered and they insisted that i have never made any payments. although i've emailed them the accepted transactions, they still insist on not receiving any payment. We as consumers are always at the losing end. The amount was not that much but they give me headaches since I pressed the button "Order".
Ive tried with many online services before but they never give this kind of problem.
i hate the feeling of being cheated.
