al-kisah...

i was fifth in line to change 'duit raya' at maybank today. let me tell u one thing. i would try to avoid as much as possible in interacting with any bank staff. (thank God for online banking!!)
reason being;
1. they're so unfriendly...
2. they never smile and even when they were forced to, d sour face shown is even greater.
3. d waiting game...
4. they dont give raya packets anymore...
5. some customer service officers look at u from head to toe before wanting to serve u.

so, things like changing 'duit raya' gives me no choice but to meet up with them eye-to-eye. some would still argue that there ARE some banks which offer good service. well, i havent found one yet.
while waiting in line, there's this one lady supervising d teller and while doing so, she screamed 'haa beratur, beratur!!' at d same time. somehow i sensed dat MAYBE im in d wet market after all. it sounded like one!!

what makes them behave in such a way?
then...i saw why...
all of them were wearing a big button badge that says, 'BANK ROMPAK BONUS KAMI.'
woohoo!

err, firstly, ROMPAK is such a harsh word to be used in a bank, for heaven's sake.
secondly, err, im still in shock.

nasty consequences could happen...

eg;

customer : bank rompak?
teller : a,ah...rompak kitorang.
guard nearby on walkie-talkie : ada customer nak rompak bank...2x
another guard on standby : tangkap dia, tangkap dia!!

see? told ya it could get nasty...

maxis lagi 1... makin kaya, customer servis making haprak.. sorang tu tgh nak hidupkan gprs harris, siap jwb hp dia (yg tgh caj), bual ckp cina. rasa nak gaduh gak, tapi kadang just tak kuasa...
