utk membersihkan hati

tomorrow we're going to mekah. to perform the umrah.
meaning, we have to leave madinah.
i have always loved the masjid nabawi.
it is such a beautiful mosque; inside out.
omar doesnt run around anymore.
frankly, no kids are running around.
mothers with multiple kids in tow; while performing prayers, the kids can sit still and quietly until the mothers are done with prayers.
like dis morning during subuh, a 1 year old boy was sandwiched between his mom and i, and how he didnt even move an inch!
his age reminded me so much of hud.
would hud behaved d same?
omar certainly did.
the last time i came, i was heavily pregnant with omar.
and not once did it occur to me that one fine day i would come again, and dis time with omar totally enjoying it.
i made a promise; i would come again and with hud insya Allah.
then i can look back at dis entry and reminisce all d picts and memories.
tracking my record, im not one who constantly updating dis blog.
only if i have important matters to share with.
but this time, it is for my beloved mom, coz she misses my dad so much!
plus, for those who read; so that i can share my excitement, my views, with hopes one day you can relate to this.
i am no saint. far from being one.
but i try to be a better person every day. so that i can give a positive impact to ppl that matters.
like friends, they are everywhere.
but my close friends; i picked them, i chose them.
choose those not because u have been with them for the longest time.
choose them not because of their rank or their social standing.
but choose them for the positive impacts they have given u.
or it could be the other way around.
choose them for their sincerity, their good hearts.
people changed so dont pretend to be shocked when some changed.
those who remember u once in a while; do not have ill-feelings towards them.
juz remember the good sides of them.
no matter how often u keep saying, 'but i was there when she needed me...!'
with hurt, u bounced higher.
and as long as Allah knows what's in your heart, u need not worry.
